Jessica is committed to women's issues, and approaches treatment from a psychodynamic, interpersonal and feminist perspective.  She treats general adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse and eating disorders. She continually strives to enhance her expertise, utilizing current trends and alternative treatments.  Jessica believes that the treatment of the individual typically requires a multidisciplinary approach, as well as an integration of family and social work.

She brings to her work a genuine and open approach to the treatment of the individual, and family.  It is her authenticity and regard for the client that has proven to be her method of success.  Jessica has a unique ability to balance the need for crisis intervention, immediate symptom relief, as well as the longer term treatment of the individual with an emphasis on a psychoanalytic understanding of their own dynamics.
